Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Quality Management function for the project and act as the key interface between the client and contractor quality teams.
- Develop and implement the Project Quality Management Plan in line with client requirements.
- Ensure contractor Quality Control Plans are in place and compliant with project standards.
- Coordinate quality inspections, benchmarks, and documentation across the project.
- Manage Factory Witness Testing requirements and off-site quality activities.
- Ensure all stakeholders understand and follow the project quality processes and standards.
- Promote a strong quality culture across the project through inductions and training.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Quality Manager / Quality Coordinator role on major construction projects.
- Experience on data centre or technology projects is advantageous.
- Background working with consultancies, main contractors, or client-side teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work within a large, fast-paced international project environment.
