Our Story... so far
2017
The year it all began.
V7 Recruitment was founded by Steve, who had a vision to create a recruitment agency built on excellence, integrity, and impact.
With Claire and Alex by his side from the very beginning, that vision quickly became a reality. Just 12 months later, we celebrated our first £1 million milestone.
2018 - 2019
Rapid growth led us to a larger office and the arrival of our very first graduate cohort.
As the team grew, so did our reach, with successful expansion into many of our core markets.
These formative years laid the foundations for V7's continued success, as we welcomed a growing team of specialist recruiters who helped shape the business we are today.
2021 -
2023
We continued our expansion with the launch of our Data Centre and Pharmaceutical divisions, bringing on board specialist talent to drive growth and strengthen our presence in key markets.
Over the next 2 years, V7 went from strength-to-strength, growing our headcount.
2024 -
2025
With a strong focus on growth and personal development, we celebrated the promotion of two of our team members to Directors, reflecting our commitment to nurturing talent from within.
Making waves within the industry, we were shortlisted for 7 awards and proudly took home 'Highly Commended' at The Recruiter Awards.
2026
...And here we are today!
We've continued to grow our presence as a Data Centre recruitment agency across Europe, securing an exclusive partnership with MJM Construction.
We're building something big within our Data Centre and Mission Critical divisions... Watch this space!

With dedicated consultants focusing on Contract and Permanent talent, supported by internal Marketing and Operations teams, we provide businesses across the UK, Ireland, Europe and the UAE with premium hires.
Having begun the V7 venture with a mere four members of staff, we have now over tripled in size and are a forceful team of experts.
