Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced  Logistics Package Manager  to join a major  data centre construction programme in Finland. This is a long-term opportunity to work on one of Europe’s largest data centre developments, with a  programme of works expected to run for more than 6 years.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the  site-wide logistics package, ensuring the safe, efficient, and coordinated movement of materials, equipment, and personnel across a fast-paced data centre construction environment.  Previous data centre project experience is essential for this role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the  logistics package  across the data centre construction site.

  • Plan and coordinate  site logistics, deliveries, material handling, and storage  to support multiple contractors and workstreams.

  • Develop and maintain  logistics plans, traffic management strategies, and delivery schedules.

  • Coordinate closely with  construction managers, subcontractors, and suppliers  to ensure smooth site operations.

  • Oversee  crane operations, lifting plans, and heavy equipment logistics  where required.

  • Ensure all logistics activities comply with  site safety standards and project procedures.

  • Monitor site access, gate operations, and  movement of materials across the project.

  • Identify and resolve potential  logistics constraints or clashes  that could impact the construction programme.

  • Support the project team in maintaining  efficient workflow across a large-scale construction environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a  Logistics Manager or Logistics Package Manager on data centre construction projects.

  • Strong understanding of  large-scale construction site logistics and planning.

  • Experience coordinating  multiple subcontractors and complex delivery schedules.

  • Ability to work effectively within a  fast-paced, high-value project environment.

  • Excellent  communication and organisational skills.
