Duties-
- Managing 6-8 packages for the duration of the contract.
- Monitor project costs and manage budgets throughout construction
- Assess and value progress payments and variations
- Perform cost analysis and prepare financial reports
- Manage risk, value engineering, and cost control procedures
- Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements
