From opening our new London HQ to enjoying a day at the races together, Q3 was a quarter filled with hard-work, achievement, and lots of well-deserved team celebrations.

Say Hello to Our New London HQ

We have officially opened our V7 Recruitment London HQ, which is a major milestone in our journey of growth and innovation. This exciting development represents the next step in our continued expansion and highlights the progress we’re making as a business.
This expansion strengthens our position in the UK recruitment market and supports our goal to remain a leading agency name in our core sectors. Establishing a presence in the capital allows us to be closer to clients and candidates while continuing to deliver the high standards of service that V7 is known for.
To kickstart the London HQ, we are thrilled to welcome Matt, a £1million+ recruitment biller, who is recognised in the Mission Critical sector and has established partnerships. He will be joined by Danny, who brings nearly 5 years of experience in Mission Critical Recruitment. Their experience and drive will play an important role in supporting our growth and enhancing our specialist offering.
Bringing them both on board marks a significant step forward in our growth strategy, and we’re excited for what’s to come!
From Recruitment to Races
At V7 Recruitment, company culture is always a top priority. We believe that a strong, connected team is the foundation of our success, and we make it a point to celebrate our people whenever we can. After a busy few months of consultants growing their desks and achieving great success, we knew the team deserved a well-earned day out!
Our office can get competitive, so it felt right to take that energy to the racecourse. It was the perfect setting to unwind, have some fun, and channel that friendly rivalry into something a little different. There’s nothing quite like celebrating big wins by connecting with each other, enjoying a drink or two, and sharing a BBQ together.

Days like this remind us how important it is to step away from the desk, celebrate our hard work, and strengthen the culture that makes V7 such a great place to be.

Sales Days
In quarter three, we celebrated two of our infamous recruitment sales days. These are key dates in the V7 calendar that always bring out the best of our team spirit and competitive energy. One of the highlights was our very own V7 Fest, a perfect way to close out the summer in style and recognise the incredible efforts of our consultants.
We love a good party and making money, so combining the two just felt right. The atmosphere was electric, with plenty of laughter, music, and motivation driving everyone to hit new highs.

Awarded Highly Commended for Best Back Office
After being shortlisted by The Recruiter Awards last year for ‘best back office’, we spent the last 12 months refining how our back-office operations work, looking closely at every process and system to ensure they deliver the best possible results.
We have made a conscious effort to strengthen efficiency, compliance, and financial performance to support growth across all areas of the business. Through ongoing evaluation and continuous improvement, our team has worked hard to implement new procedures, enhance collaboration between departments, and ensure every part of our operation runs seamlessly.
Using these initiatives demonstrates V7’s ongoing commitment to operational excellence and a smooth, compliant recruitment process that supports both our clients and our candidates.

We may not have won this time, but we’re absolutely thrilled to have received a highly commended recognition. It is a true reflection of the progress we’ve made and shows what an efficient, compliant team we are, one that remains dedicated to raising standards and driving excellence in everything we do.
Invested in Internal Training
Q3 also saw us reap the benefits of our enhanced internal recruitment training programs, leading to new placements and clients secured. This success reflects the hard work and dedication of our consultants, as well as the continued focus we’ve placed on professional development and performance improvement across the business.
Since the beginning of 2025, with Daisy transitioning into a dedicated Learning & Development role, we’ve made significant efforts to invest in upskilling our team. Through tailored sessions, practical training, and ongoing support, we’ve strengthened our consultants’ knowledge, confidence, and ability to deliver exceptional results.

As we head towards the end of the year, these efforts are clearly paying off. Consultants are securing higher fees, building stronger client relationships, and demonstrating even greater commitment to their own growth, and to the success of V7.
The Deal Bell is Still Ringing
At V7, every time a consultant secures a deal, we ring the bell to celebrate the win. We believe every success, big or small, deserves recognition.
Q3 brought many opportunities to ring the bell. Our continued growth across divisions reflects not only the hard work of our consultants but also our deep understanding of the unique challenges within each industry we recruit for. By adapting our recruiting style to suit the specific needs of every market, we’ve strengthened relationships, refined our approach, and continued to deliver consistent, high-quality placements.

Q3 was another standout quarter for V7 Recruitment, driven by our people, performance, and passion for what we do. As we approach the final months of 2025, we’re more motivated than ever to finish the year strong.
