About Me
Born and bred Manchester girl who after completing my Psychology degree fell into the recruitment world and hasn’t looked back!

My journey as V7 has been incredible over the past 3 years and I have gained opportunities to develop and grow both as an individual and professionally. Having stepped into an L&D role I have been able to utilise my developed skillset, experience and my background in Psychology and I am loving it!

What do you enjoy most about working at V7?

Over the past 3 years at V7 I have to say the common goal within the office to want to succeed will always be my favourite thing about working here.

Being able to work as part of a like-minded and driven team allows there to be a buzzing atmosphere and supportive environment. The in-house bar also helps :)

You Are Attracting Applicants, Not The Right Candidates One of the biggest misconceptions in hiring is the belief that more applications automatically lead to better hires. In reality, the opposite is often true. When a job advert is too broad, generic, or poorly targeted, it attracts volume instead of relevance. Hiring managers then spend hours filtering through unsustainable CVs, while genuinely qualified candidates either overlook the role entirely or disengage because the opportunity feels unclear.
