November has been a standout month at V7 Recruitment, filled with major achievements, personal milestones, and a few well-deserved sweet treats. As we look ahead to an even bigger 2026, here’s a snapshot of what’s been happening across the business.

We launched our new Inside Look series this month, and who better to kick things off than Reece and Alex. Both delivered fantastic insights into their divisions, offering a fresh perspective on market trends, shifting demand, and the opportunities shaping 2026.





Even with just two sessions so far, the series is already proving incredibly valuable. These cross-team conversations are helping everyone stay aligned, better informed, and equipped with the strongest market knowledge to support our clients and candidates.

Celebrating the Team: Milestones & Moments

It wouldn’t be a V7 monthly round-up without celebrating the people behind our success.

This month, Reece and Sam hit an amazing milestone, four years with V7!


Their commitment, impact, and energy continue to make a real difference across the business, and the whole team took a moment to recognise everything they bring to the table.


We also celebrated something more personal: Daisy heading off on maternity leave! She left with plenty of love (and a few gifts), and we can’t wait to meet the newest member of the extended V7 family.


A Big Win for V7


One of November’s standout moments was being shortlisted for two categories at the Global Recruiter Awards 2025 and walking away Highly Commended in both.


A huge achievement for the business and for Alex.



  • Alex received Highly Commended – Best Temporary Consultant, recognised for his exceptional candidate care, glowing client feedback, contribution to business growth, and an incredible £1.2m in billings this year.


  • V7 Recruitment also earned Highly Commended – Best Small Recruitment Agency, a testament to the strength, impact, and collaboration across the entire team.

Office Life: Hard Work & Donuts



The team has been pushing hard as we head toward year-end, and what better way to keep momentum high than with a surprise office delivery of donuts?


A small treat, but the perfect morale booster during one of the busiest periods of the year.
