We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to support a major construction project in the Nordic region. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site warehouse, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and distribution of materials in line with project timelines and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:-
Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities on site

Manage receipt, inspection, and proper storage of construction materials and equipment

Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems

Ensure timely delivery of materials to various work fronts

Liaise with procurement, logistics, and site teams to align material flow with project needs

Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards within the warehouse

Conduct regular stock checks and audits

Lead, train, and manage warehouse operatives and labor as required

Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, ideally within a construction or industrial environment

Strong understanding of warehouse safety and compliance standards

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office

Forklift license and other relevant certifications are a plus

Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities on a live construction site
