Key Responsibilities
- Set up and Operation: Validate the thermal spray, HVOF, plasma, or arc spray equipment is being used according to technical specifications.
- Surface Preparation: Validate grit blasting, masking, degreasing, and cleaning of parts prior to coating is done per technical requirements.
- Inspection and Finishing: Measure parts using calipers/micrometers to ensure quality and perform, or coordinate, finish grinding/machining.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- English and Hungarian Speaking
- RTW in the EU
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job cards, and technical drawings.
- Experience: Previous experience with thermal spray, metallurgy, or CNC machinery.
- Physical Ability: Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a workshop environment with PPE (respirators, hearing protection).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
