V7 Recruitment are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Security Systems Technical Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and support of electronic security solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise in access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and integrated security systems, as well as proven leadership abilities to manage technical teams and ensure high-quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the technical team responsible for design, installation, and maintenance of physical security systems.

Oversee system design and integration of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, intercom, and related technologies.

Provide technical guidance, training, and support to engineers and technicians.

Collaborate with sales and project management teams to review client requirements and develop tailored solutions.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and manufacturer specifications.

Manage vendor relationships and stay updated on emerging security technologies.

Support the development of proposals, cost estimates, and technical documentation.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure successful delivery.

7+ years of experience in physical/electronic security systems, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.

Strong knowledge of access control, IP video surveillance, alarm monitoring, and system integration.

Hands-on experience with leading security platforms (e.g., Lenel, Genetec, Honeywell, Avigilon, etc.).

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant certification (CCURE, Genetec, Lenel, etc.) are an advantage.
