About the Role
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced IP CCTV, access control, and enterprise-level integrated security platforms.
- Oversee project design, commissioning, and quality assurance, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and NSI Gold standards.
- Drive technical innovation, training programs, and skill development across the engineering team.
- Collaborate with suppliers, partners, and manufacturers to maintain best-in-class products and pricing strategies
- Provide technical leadership during complex system deployments, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Create and deliver risk mitigation strategies, process improvements, and national technical standards.
About You
- Significant experience in the security industry
- Proven expertise in the design, delivery, and support of enterprise security solutions.
- Strong knowledge of leading systems, with brands such as Gallagher, Lenel, Milestone, Axis, and Avigilon .
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with high-profile clients across a variety of sectors
