- Work on planning condtions making sure agreements are in place.
- Provide day-to-day technical support across live developments.
- Act as a central liaison point between site teams, architects, engineers, and other consultants.
- Ensure all projects comply with current Building Regulations, Building Control, and warranty provider requirements (NHBC, LABC, etc.).
- Review and coordinate technical information, drawings, and specifications.
- Support sites with technical queries and ensure timely resolution of any design or construction issues.
- Assist in managing the flow of information from architects, engineers, and external design teams.
- Ensure all technical documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with project timelines.
- Contribute to pre-start planning, value engineering, and design development.
