Duties include:
- Establish and manage a structured approach to supplier relationships
- Lead sustainable and strategic procurement initiatives
- Keep track of market trends and product availability to ensure competitive pricing without compromising quality or delivery
- Build strong partnerships with suppliers and negotiate favourable agreements
- Assign suppliers and contractors efficiently across major projects
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and delivery
- Set, monitor, and maintain supplier performance metrics
- Analyse performance data and implement plans for continuous improvement
