My client are a reputable Tier 1 contractor who are looking for a Senior Site Manager to join their team in the North West! This will be a project based role working on a residential scheme in Manchester City Centre. (PERM)

- Will have previously worked on a new-build residential project.
- Has experience managing the internal packages on a project.

- Reporting direct to a site based Project Manager.
- Coordinate trades, labour and equipment
- Managing more junior members of the team including Assistant Site Managers.
- Monitoring site performance against the programme.
- Ensuring a high level of health & safety is maintained on site.
- Quality control.
- Short term programme changes.
- Site inductions and toolbox talks.
