The Role

This is a hybrid position, spending approximately 50% of your time in the office in Sevenoaks and 50% visiting client sites. You'll act as the technical point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customers receive exceptional service while identifying opportunities to improve and expand their security infrastructure.

Working closely with project managers, engineers and the sales team, you'll oversee accounts from post-installation through to ongoing support, ensuring systems continue to meet operational and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop relationships with customers.
  • Conduct regular site visits and account review meetings.
  • Provide technical guidance on integrated physical security systems.
  • Identify upgrade, maintenance and expansion opportunities.
  • Produce quotations, technical proposals and system recommendations.
  • Liaise with engineering and project delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Assist with system audits and lifecycle planning.
  • Ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and account documentation
You'll ideally have experience with:
  • Enterprise CCTV systems
  • Access Control systems
  • Intruder Alarm systems
  • Integrated Security Management Platforms
  • Networked/IP security systems
  • Large multi-site or enterprise environments
Experience with any platforms such as Genetec, Gallagher, LenelS2, C•CURE, Avigilon, Milestone, Honeywell, CCure or similar enterprise systems would be highly advantageous.

If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have the technical expertise to support enterprise physical security solutions, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and Rob Carney from V7 Recruitment will be in touch!
