V7 are working with a leading Construction Consultancy offering a range of cost management, project management, due diligence, and advisory services. They are looking for a   Senior Quantity Surveyor  to join a high-performing team delivering some of the most exciting and complex data centre projects in Finland. You will work alongside talented professionals and contribute to delivering best-in-class outcomes on large-scale developments.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Relevant third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
5+ years’ experience across a range of construction sectors
Strong construction-stage data centre experience within Europe (consultancy background preferred)
Proven ability to proactively manage projects and client relationships
Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) project experience is advantageous
Experience working on data centre projects in a pre- or post-contract capacity (CQS or PQS) is beneficial
Chartered or working towards chartership is desirable
Excellent client-facing skills with relevant sector experience
Motivated, detail-oriented team player with a proactive approach
