- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle including construction, commissioning and handover
- Experience managing stakeholders, contractors and consultants
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-value project environment
- Willingness to be based full-time in Finland
- Lead delivery of data centre projects or major work packages from construction through to handover
- Manage contractors, consultants and key stakeholders
- Oversee programme, cost, quality and risk on assigned project scope
- Ensure successful coordination between CSA, MEP and commissioning teams
- Drive project reporting and provide regular updates to senior leadership
- Support commissioning, IST and final handover processes
- Ensure delivery aligns with project objectives, timelines and quality standards
