We are representing a rapidly growing electrical infrastructure business that specialises in 11kV and 33kV works, including data centre connections, overhead tower diversions, and rail-integrated substations.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SAP (or AP) to contribute directly to the business’s growth. The successful candidate will have the chance to step up into management responsibility, helping shape project delivery and supporting the directors as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage 11kV & 33kV projects, including data centre connections, overhead tower diversions, and rail-integrated substations
- Work closely with civils teams to coordinate design and delivery
- Manage projects from start to commissioning phase, ensuring quality, safety, and deadlines are met
- Liaise with clients (NG, UKPN, and private sector) and subcontractors
- Support business growth by contributing to project planning, resource allocation, and process improvements
- SAP qualified (or experienced AP) with proven experience in 11kV and 33kV works
- Hands-on experience with data centre projects, diversion works, and rail-integrated substations
- Interested in taking on management responsibility and helping a growing business thrive
- Collaborative, able to work alongside civils teams and multi-disciplinary stakeholders
