Location: Static Site - Central London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4.30pm
This role will deal with daily fault requests, PPM duties, and out-of-hours reactive work for large-scale, high-end integrated systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a reliable, courteous, and effective service to all clients.

- Close or update helpdesk tickets upon completion of each service visit.
- Ensure any company vehicle provided is maintained in good working order.
- Demonstrate a willingness to help colleagues and maintain a high level of personal performance.
- Adopt a flexible approach to working hours and callouts.
- Adhere to company Management Systems at all times.
- Undertake any other duties as requested by the Service Manager to deliver first-class service.
- Participate in the company callout rota.
- Provide day-to-day care, maintenance, and repair of complex Analogue and Digital CCTV Systems
on public highways, shopping malls, custodial and general areas.
- Maintain and repair functional and managed control rooms.
- Provide maintenance and repair of multi-site Access Control Systems.
- Support and maintain Perimeter Detection Systems.
- Complete all planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
schedules as required.
- Be prepared for occasional nights away.
- Assist with the callout rota as necessary.
- Analytical thinker with a structured, methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Confident and capable of completing documentation accurately.
- Able to multitask and work efficiently to tight deadlines.
- Strong team player who shares knowledge and supports others.
- Keen to develop new skills and stay up to date with technologies.

- Sound knowledge of CCTV, IT, and PID systems
across varying scales.
- Experience with Access Control systems
including Site Mustering.
- Strong understanding of DVR and NVR systems.
- On-site fault repair and maintenance capability.

- Salary up to £45,000
