V7 are recruiting experienced Fire & Security Service Engineers to support a national commercial contract across the S outhampton / Portsmouth area. This is a multi-skilled role with a stronger focus on security systems, including access control, intercoms, and CCTV.
This role offers stable, long-term subcontract work across commercial sites in the region.
The Role
- Initial 6-month rolling contract
- Monday to Friday working pattern (weekend work available)
- Servicing and maintenance of security systems (primary focus) – access control, intercoms,
- Fault-finding and reactive repairs across security systems
- Basic servicing and maintenance of fire alarm systems and emergency lighting where required
- Working across commercial sites throughout Southampton & Portsmouth
- Managing workload effectively while meeting service deadlines
- Outside IR35
- Competeive day rate
- Weekly pay every Friday

- Basic knowledge of fire alarm systems and emergency lighting
- Ability to carry out both planned and reactive maintenance works
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Valid DBS check required
