V7 Recruitment are seeking a Security Systems Contracts Manager to take charge of the performance of 2 large contracts for their client.
This is a key leadership position focused on ensuring contracts are delivered profitably, compliantly, and to the highest client satisfaction standards.
Package- Basic salary ranging from £55,000-£60,000

- Manage the full lifecycle of security system and service contracts — from negotiation to completion.
- Ensure contracts are commercially viable, legally compliant, and delivered within the agreed SLAs.
- Oversee financial performance, reporting on margins, compliance, and progress.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation and standards (SIA, BS EN, etc.).
- Partner with senior management to shape contract strategy and operational goals.
- Provide guidance and training on best practice and commercial awareness.
- Review profitability, pricing, and bid performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior contracts or commercial management role within the fire and security or security systems sector.
- Deep understanding of contractual terms, legal frameworks, and risk management.
- Strong communicator and negotiator with proven stakeholder management skills.
- Confident in financial management — budgeting, forecasting, and margin control.
- Proficient with contract management and reporting tools.
