Sales Manager – Facilities Management

We’re looking for a proven Sales professional to drive new business and manage existing accounts across our Facilities Management division.
This role is focused on winning and closing FM and maintenance contracts. You’ll take full ownership of your territory—building your own pipeline, meeting clients face-to-face, and securing long-term commercial agreements.
If you’re someone who knows how to generate opportunities, manage a pipeline, and consistently hit targets, this role gives you the platform to do exactly that.

What’s in it for you?
  • Competitive basic salary & uncapped commission structure
  • Full autonomy over your territory
  • High-spec company car + fuel card OR Car allowance
  • 31 days holiday (including bank holidays)
  • Holiday bonus scheme (based on length of service)
  • Pension
  • Employee discounts
Role & Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for the FM division, gathering asset information, preparing tailored proposals, and ensuring smooth onboarding
  • Drive new business across commercial sectors, building and growing your FM contract portfolio
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, converting opportunities into long-term agreements
  • Create and present tailored commercial solutions aligned to client needs
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Heating & Plumbing, Electrical, Renewables, and Maintenance services
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations with confidence
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships to support retention and expansion
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities
What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years’ B2B sales experience within Facilities Management or a related service sector
  • Strong network within the FM or facilities services industry (highly advantageous)
  • Proven track record of generating new business and hitting targets
  • Strong commercial awareness and confidence in negotiations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple opportunities and a busy pipeline
  • Resilient, driven, and comfortable working to targets and deadlines
