V7 Recruitment are partnering with a leading specialist contractor delivering hyperscale and mission-critical projects across Europe. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Quality Lead to join a major data centre project in Helsinki.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading business at the forefront of the European data centre sector, working on one of the region's most technically challenging projects. As the Quality Lead, you will take ownership of the project Quality Management System, driving quality standards across both CSA and MEP packages while leading site QA/QC activities from construction through to handover.

Requirements: 

  • Degree-qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years' QA/QC experience on large-scale construction projects
  • Strong understanding of both CSA and MEP installations
  • Previous experience within data centres, pharmaceuticals, industrial, or other mission-critical environments
  • Proven leadership experience managing site quality teams
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspections, commissioning interfaces, and h andover processes

Responsibilities: 
  • Lead the implementation and management of the Project Quality Management System across CSA and MEP works
  • Manage, mentor, and develop site-based QA/QC Engineers
  • Oversee inspections, testing activities, ITPs, and quality documentation
  • Manage NCRs and ensure effective corrective and preventative actions are implemented
  • Coordinate closely with construction, commissioning, subcontractor, and client teams
  • Ensure quality dossiers and handover documentation are completed to the highest standards
  • Support internal and external audits while promoting a right-first-time quality culture
  • Act as the primary quality representative for the project team and client stakeholders
