V7 Recruitment are working with a leading Project Management Consultancy who are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager with strong CSA / Civils background to support multiple large-scale data centre construction projects in Finland. This is a client-side, long-term contract role.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee QA/QC activities for CSA and civil works
- Review ITPs, method statements, and inspection records
- Monitor site works to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
- Manage inspections, audits, and non-conformance reports (NCRs)
- Interface with contractors, consultants, and client teams
- Report quality performance to the client project team
- Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager
on large construction projects
- Strong background in CSA / Civils(data centres or mission-critical preferred)
- Client-side or consultancy experience advantageous
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and documentation
- English required; Finnish beneficial but not essential
- Willingness to be Finland-based and work across multiple sites
