They are currently looking for multiple QA/QC Engineers to join their site team in Skellefteå, Sweden, working on a major data centre project.

We are looking for quality-focused engineers who have experience working within complex construction or engineering environments, ideally with a background in data centre delivery.
You will ideally have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Previous QA/QC experience within construction or engineering.
- Proven experience working on data centre projects.
- An understanding of project planning, scheduling and sequencing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across project teams.
- Good organisational skills and a methodical approach to quality.
- The confidence to engage with subcontractors and site teams to drive quality standards.
- A proactive mindset and a strong focus on continuous improvement.
Working as part of the site-based project team, you will help ensure that quality standards are consistently maintained throughout the delivery of the project.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out quality inspections and audits across the project.
- Monitoring compliance with established quality procedures and project requirements.
- Supporting the implementation of quality objectives across the assigned discipline (CSA, Mechanical or Electrical)
- Ensuring quality policies and procedures are effectively communicated and followed on site.
- Reviewing subcontractor quality documentation, systems and plans to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Working with subcontractors and site personnel to identify quality concerns and support appropriate corrective action.
- Providing technical guidance and practical support to the wider site team where improvements are required.
- Contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of quality processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supporting the project team in maintaining the required standards to achieve successful project delivery.
