V7 are looking for an experienced Pump Fitter on behalf of our close client, operating in the Manufacturing and Utilities Industry. The business have a large portfolio of work and this is the opportunity to join a growing business with long-term development opportunities.

The role is full time, permanent and on offer is a competitive salary, along with 5 weeks annual leave and unique company benefits.

Key duties:

Responsibilities:

  • Dismantle rotating equipment to component level.
  • Identification of components.
  • Compile detailed condition reports on equipment dismantled.
  • Fault-finding on break down equipment.
  • Assemble equipment using engineering drawings or experience/knowledge.
  • Interpret maintenance manuals, drawings, schematics, and repair equipment, utilising specialist knowledge and standard test instruments and tools.
  • Consult with engineering personnel to resolve unusual problems encountered.
  • Present a professional Image, support and promote brand values at all time
