Project Quantity Surveyor

Contract Length: 8 months+
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Towcester
Site/Hybrid: Fully site-based
Rate: £400-£450 a day outside of IR35
Sector: Cleanroom / Pharmaceutical / Mission Critical Construction
Experience: Ideally a Project QS with experience managing commercial packages on technically complex construction projects, particularly within MEP and/or CSA.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Strong Quantity Surveying background within construction, ideally cleanroom, pharmaceutical, semiconductor or mission-critical projects.
Experience managing subcontractor packages, valuations, variations and final accounts.
Strong understanding of commercial reporting, cost control and contract administration.
Ability to work closely with project delivery teams and subcontractors on site.
Experience working on fast-paced, technically demanding construction projects.
