- Manage fire & security installation projects, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and to specification
- Conduct contract reviews and ensure technical and commercial compliance
- Oversee subcontractors, engineers and suppliers
- Liaise with clients and attend site and office meetings as required
- Drive health & safety compliance, including audits and toolbox talks
- Maintain environmental compliance in line with WEEE and waste transfer regulations
- Produce monthly forecasts and ensure project profitability
- 3–5 years' experience in fire & security project management/engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge of fire and security systems
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams under pressure
- Commercially aware with excellent client-facing skills
- Full UK driving licence essential
