Ideal Candidate:

Main contractor background
-
Experience in site management (5+ years) fire and security
-
Project management qualification (Prince 2 Foundation or equivalent)

H&S qualification such as CITB SMSTS
-
Strong leadership and team-building skills
-
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
-
Ability to delegate and communicate assertively

Financially aware and results-driven
Duties will include:
-
Managing the effective day-to-day operations of installation projects.
-
Ensuring adherence to company procedures, health & safety policies, and industry standards.

Reviewing project specifications and job documentation.
-
Managing labour and material procurement.
-
Preparing risk assessments, method statements, and health & safety documentation.
-
Supervising installations to ensure compliance with specifications and NSI standards.
-
Conducting site inspections and attending progress meetings.
-
Training and mentoring engineering teams.
-
Managing customer enquiries and ensuring high levels of service.
-
Reporting to senior management on project progress, risks, and performance.
