We’re partnering with a global leader in the Data Centre industry to recruit an exceptional Multi-Discipline Project Manager for a flagship, mission-critical project in Finland. This is a senior, permanent opportunity offering a highly competitive package, bonus potential, and a strong pipeline of major European projects. We’re looking for an experienced leader with a proven track record of delivering hyperscale data centre projects, strong multi-discipline engineering expertise, and the ability to coordinate complex workstreams, drive cross-functional teams, and deliver projects safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards of quality.

This is a Permanent residential role based in Finland or Sweden

Ideal candidate

Proven experience delivering Engineering Packages on Data Centre or large-scale construction projects
Strong Engineering background - Multi-Discipline
Strong background in construction or project delivery (contractor, consultancy or client-side)
Experience managing large-scale projects or key project workstreams
Strong knowledge of project lifecycle including construction, commissioning and handover
Experience managing stakeholders, contractors and consultants
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-value project environment
Willingness to be based full-time in Finland

Key Responsibilities

Lead delivery of data centre projects or major work packages from construction through to handover
Manage contractors, consultants and key stakeholders
Oversee programme, cost, quality and risk on assigned project scope
Ensure successful coordination between CSA, MEP and commissioning teams
Drive project reporting and provide regular updates to senior leadership
Support commissioning, IST and final handover processes
Ensure delivery aligns with project objectives, timelines and quality standards
