They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the project from pre-construction through to completion.

The Role: As Project Manager, you will:

Take ownership of the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Coordinate multiple contractors, consultants, and stakeholders across a complex city-centre development
Monitor site progress, manage risks, and ensure regulatory compliance and health & safety standards
Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on programme, budget, and milestones

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience managing high-end residential or mixed-use developments, ideally in central London
Strong commercial awareness and experience managing significant project budgets
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Solid understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and programme management
Experience working on residential refurbishment schemes
