Our client  is a leading, innovative fit-out contractor, transforming commercial workspaces for blue-chip companies across the UK. Due to exciting growth, they’re seeking a  Project Manager  to join their team and play a key role in delivering high-profile projects. In return, they offer:

Ideal Candidate
  • Experienced Project Manager with a strong Design & Build background.
  • Proven success delivering multi-million-pound projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong communicator, confident engaging with clients, design teams, and supply chain partners.
  • Commercially and technically astute, balancing programme, cost, and quality.
  • Degree-educated, professional, and a natural leader with solid problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative, motivated, and ambitious, keen to grow within a progressive business.
  • Based within reach of Manchester and flexible to travel nationwide.
Key Duties
  • Lead and deliver Design & Build projects (£500k–£10M) across the UK.
  • Manage multiple schemes, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and quality targets.
  • Act as main liaison between clients, design teams, and supply chain.
  • Oversee projects from pre-construction to handover.
  • Drive collaboration and performance across project teams and offices.
  • Conduct regular site visits(typically 1–2 per week).
  • Use MS Project and Procore for planning and reporting (training provided).
  • Spend around three days per week in the Manchester office, promoting a “one-team” culture.
  • Support succession planning with clear potential for career progression.
