- Proven success delivering multi-million-pound projects from inception to completion.

- Lead and deliver Design & Build projects (£500k–£10M) across the UK.
- Manage multiple schemes, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and quality targets.
- Act as main liaison between clients, design teams, and supply chain.
- Oversee projects from pre-construction to handover.
- Drive collaboration and performance across project teams and offices.
- Conduct regular site visits(typically 1–2 per week).
- Use MS Project and Procore for planning and reporting (training provided).
- Spend around three days per week in the Manchester office, promoting a “one-team” culture.
- Support succession planning with clear potential for career progression.
