V7 Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading main contractor in the appointment of a Project Director for a major mixed-use development located in the heart of Birmingham.
This appointment represents a key leadership role within a high-profile scheme. The successful candidate will assume full responsibility for the strategic and operational delivery of the project, ensuring programme, commercial, quality, and safety objectives are achieved to the highest standards.

- Direct line management of Site Managers and Project Managers

- Driving performance across all project phases to ensure successful delivery
- Ensuring Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards are rigorously maintained
- Monitoring and evaluating subcontractor performance, reporting findings to Directors
- Identifying and mitigating project risks at the earliest opportunity
- Providing technical and operational support during pre-construction and planning stages
