Our client are a well established construction company who focus on new build and refurbishment projects across the North West.  Due to continued growth they are looking for a  Planner  to join the company.

Ideal candidate:  
  • Main contractor background preferred
  • At least 3 years experience working in a planning role desirable
  • Completed construction management degree
  • Asta Powerproject experience is beneficial.
  • Collaborative team player

Duties will include:
  • Working on projects from tender stage through to delivery.
  • Producing well-constructed and considered tender programmes.
  • Putting logistics plan together on Sketch Up.
  • Providing technical bid and methodology submissions for tenders.
  • Successfully monitoring and updating construction and contractual programmes.
  • Presenting progress information in meetings.
  • Identifying programme risks.
