Are you an experienced Passive Fire Project Manager looking for a role with autonomy, stability, and a strong flow of work?
This is an opportunity to join a well-established fire compliance specialist delivering key projects across Yorkshire.
The Role
You’ll take full ownership of passive fire projects from pre-start to completion across:
- Fire Doors
- Fire Stopping
- Fire Dampers
- Smoke Control Systems
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to compliance standards
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and materials
- Act as the main point of contact for clients
- Manage customer expectations throughout the full project lifecycle
- Ensure all works meet current fire safety regulations
- Monitor progress, quality, and commercial performance
- Handover projects smoothly to completion
- Proven experience managing passive fire protection projects
- Strong knowledge of fire doors, fire stopping, dampers, etc.
- Confident client-facing
- Organised, commercially aware, and delivery-focused
- Able to run multiple projects simultaneously
