- Ensure all sites are set up to a consistently high standard, with programmes adhered to across the portfolio
- Work closely with teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, safely, and to the highest quality standards
- Identify and support development opportunities within the team
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction throughout the build process and beyond
- Provide guidance and support while encouraging team autonomy
- Drive continuous improvement across the business
