We are supporting a leading construction contractor on the appointment of an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a major project team in Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business delivering large-scale data centre projects, working as part of an established commercial team.
Responsibilities
- Measure work packages from drawings and prepare package pricing
- Manage project budgets and cost reporting
- Manage subcontractor accounts, valuations, variations and final accounts
- Prepare monthly valuations and commercial reports
- Manage client and subcontractor communications
- Attend commercial and subcontractor meetings
- Manage contractual notices, claims and change control
- Support commercial delivery throughout the project lifecycle
- 8+ years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience managing MEP packages is preferred
- Data centre, mission-critical or large-scale construction experience is advantageous
