We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join a flagship data centre project in Kristiansand, Norway. This position will be responsible for managing the Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) scope, ensuring successful delivery from design coordination through construction, commissioning and handover.

- Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager on large-scale construction projects.
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical building services systems.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams and contractors.
- Excellent commercial and contract management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative project environment.
- Previous experience delivering data centre, mission-critical, pharmaceutical or industrial projects.
- Knowledge of commissioning processes within complex construction environments.
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CIBSE or equivalent.
- Experience working on international projects.
- Lead and manage all MEP project activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee mechanical, electrical and public health contractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Coordinate design reviews, technical submissions and construction activities.
- Monitor programme milestones and identify potential risks to project delivery.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across client teams, consultants and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations and industry standards.
- Chair project meetings and provide regular project updates and reports.
- Review and manage change control processes and commercial impacts.
- Support construction, commissioning and handover activities.
- Drive quality assurance and ensure project objectives are achieved.
