The successful candidate will take ownership of all MEP activities from installation through to commissioning and handover, ensuring programme, quality, safety and commercial objectives are achieved.

- Lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing activities across the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate day-to-day MEP operations with project management, design, commissioning and construction teams.
- Ensure all works are delivered in line with project specifications, quality requirements and client expectations.
- Manage and monitor MEP subcontractor performance, including progress tracking, manpower planning and coordination meetings.
- Review technical submissions, drawings and design information to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Drive MEP coordination activities across all disciplines and stakeholders.
- Chair and attend project meetings, engineering reviews, planning sessions and handover meetings.
- Support commercial teams with variations, cost control and project reporting.
- Ensure all health & safety standards are implemented and maintained across MEP activities.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging and project close-out activities.
- Identify and proactively resolve technical, design and coordination issues.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
- 8+ years' experience delivering MEP packages on large-scale construction projects.
- Previous experience leading MEP teams on mission-critical, industrial or data centre projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP coordination, installation methodologies, commissioning and project delivery.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures and project documentation requirements.
- Experience working within fast-track construction environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively with design, construction, commercial and commissioning teams.
- Previous hyperscale data centre experience.
- Experience delivering projects within the Nordic region.
- Knowledge of BIM and digital construction processes.
- Understanding of phased handover and commissioning strategies within mission-critical environments.
