Project Planner | Data Centre Construction

V7 Recruitment are working with a leading construction and data centre delivery specialist to recruit an experienced Project Planner to join their growing project delivery team in Copenhagen, Denmark

This is an excellent opportunity for a Planner with construction experience to work on large-scale, technically complex data centre projects. You will play a key role in developing, managing and monitoring project programmes across design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.

The Role
  • Develop and manage baseline and target construction programmes using Primavera P6 and/or Asta Powerproject.
  • Monitor programme progress, critical paths, risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Produce detailed progress reports, tracking schedules and programme updates for project stakeholders.
  • Develop construction methodologies, sequencing and phasing plans alongside project teams.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and the supply chain to incorporate design, procurement and construction activities.
  • Support change management by assessing programme impacts and advising on potential delays.
  • Produce as-built programmes and analyse deviations from the project baseline.
  • Lead weekly and monthly programme reporting.
  • Support pre-construction and tender planning activities.
  • Mentor and support junior and graduate planners.
What We're Looking For
  • Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
  • Experience in construction planning and programme management on large-scale projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Asta Powerproject.
  • Experience developing and managing programmes across design, procurement and construction phases.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing and critical path analysis.
  • Experience with data centres, mission-critical or other technically complex projects would be highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of NEC, JCT or FIDIC contracts would be beneficial.
  • Experience with BIM, Synchro, 4D planning or collaborative data platforms would be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
