This role will focus on managing procurement activities within the Chinese market, working closely with multiple suppliers and warehouses. The position offers excellent career progression opportunities as the company continues to expand.

- Fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese (spoken and written) – essential
- Proven experience in import and export within the Chinese market
- Background in construction or construction-related procurement preferred
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple suppliers simultaneously
- Must be willing to travel overseas
- Manage importing and exporting activities within the Chinese market
- Liaise with 10–20 suppliers, building strong and effective working relationships
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Place purchase orders and track them through to delivery
- Conduct quality checks to ensure materials meet required standards
- Coordinate and communicate with Chinese warehouses to ensure smooth logistics and stock control
- Resolve issues related to quality, delays, or supply discrepancies
