Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to support and drive their Health & Safety strategy across a national portfolio of projects.

You'll also have:
- NEBOSH Certificate (essential)
- Strong working knowledge of CDM Regulations and their practical application
- Experience advising on safe access systems, including tube and fit and mobile tower scaffolding
- Knowledge of asbestos management and lifting operations, including mobile crane planning
- Up-to-date knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and industry best practice
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A collaborative, relationship-led approach to driving behavioural and cultural change
- Full UK Driving Licence and flexibility to travel nationally
You'll also support the design team with CDM compliance and design risk management, provide Health & Safety advice to clients and pre-contract teams, assist with behavioural safety initiatives, investigate accidents and incidents, produce reports and statistics, and support ISO audits and liaison with enforcing authorities where required.
