- Oversee SHE Advisors/external consultants and ensure consistent standards
- Conduct site visits, audits, inspections and incident investigations
- Deliver inductions, SHEQ training and monthly H&S communications
- Drive continuous improvement, quality awareness and stakeholder engagement
- Support pre-construction, supply chain events and annual conferences
- Lead development of procedures manuals and ensure compliance across all departments
- Maintain and gain accreditation for ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, 50001
- Research and recommend innovative H&S and construction solutions
