Start Date- ASAP
Contract Duration- 10 months
Rate- Negotiable -paid via CIS or umbrella
Hours- 8AM-6PM with Saturdays on a rota basis
Ideal candidate-
- Previous experience working on multi-occupancy project.
- Background working in a Finishing Manager/ Finishing Foreman role.
- The ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Excellent subcontractor management.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificate
- Effectively coordinating trades and labour on site.
- Assisting Package Managers with snagging & de-snagging.
- Ensuring the project is carried out to a high quality.
- Health & Safety.
