The Role As the Fire & Security Service Manager, you’ll oversee a team of engineers delivering planned and reactive maintenance across Fire Alarm, CCTV, Intruder, Access Control and associated life-safety systems. You’ll be the driving force behind service performance, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of service engineers across Fire & Security disciplines
- Manage day-to-day service operations, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standard
- Oversee scheduling, workload planning and resource allocation
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring outstanding communication and service delivery
- Monitor KPIs, service levels and compliance with industry standards
- Support with technical queries, troubleshooting and escalation management
- Drive continuous improvements across processes, performance and customer experience
- Ensure all engineers maintain up-to-date training and certification
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop service strategies and operational growth
- Background in Fire and/or Security engineering with solid technical understanding
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple workloads and lead teams in a fast-moving environment
- Confident dealing with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders
