Outside IR35 Contract | £350–£450 Per Day | Hybrid Working

V7 Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a large and well-established organisation to recruit an experienced Fire Risk Assessor on an initial contract basis based in Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Fire Safety professional to join a complex estate environment, supporting the ongoing delivery of fire safety compliance, fire risk assessment programmes, and fire safety advisory services across multiple sites.

The role would suit an experienced Fire Risk Assessor with a strong understanding of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order and previous experience working within large, complex organisations.

The Role
• Carrying out and reviewing fire risk assessments across a large and diverse property portfolio
• Acting as a competent person in relation to the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order
• Supporting the implementation and monitoring of fire safety management systems
• Reviewing and maintaining fire position statements and risk mitigation plans
• Supporting stakeholders with fire safety compliance and advisory matters
• Assisting with fire safety audits and identifying areas for improvement
• Producing detailed FRA reports and associated action plans
• Working closely with key stakeholders across operational and compliance teams

Requirements
• IQ Level 4 Diploma in Fire Safety or equivalent Level 4 Fire qualification
• Membership with a recognised professional body such as IFE or IFSM
• Proven experience undertaking fire risk assessments within large complex organisations
• Strong understanding of fire safety legislation and compliance
• Experience acting as a competent person under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Educational sector experience beneficial but not essential

What’s on Offer
• £350–£450 per day depending on experience
• Outside IR35 contract
• Hybrid working available for report writing/admin tasks
• Predominantly site-based role
• Initial long-term contract opportunity - 12 month contarct 
• Immediate start available
• Opportunity to work within a large complex estate environment
