Location: Sheffield (multiple sites)
Job Type: Temporary – 3-month rolling contract
Start Date: Immediate (interviews taking place next week)
Pay:
  • £250 per day (CIS or Ltd Company)
  • Weekly pay
  • Overtime available

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Fire Door Site Supervisor to oversee fire door installation and compliance works across multiple sites in Sheffield.
This is a hands-on role, responsible for managing works across approximately 2,000 fire doors, ensuring all installations are completed, inspected, and signed off in line with current fire safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise fire door installation works across multiple sites
  • Manage and support a team of operatives
  • Carry out inspections and sign-off of completed fire doors
  • Ensure all works meet required compliance and safety standards
  • Maintain quality control and adherence to programme deadlines
  • Travel between sites across Sheffield as required

Requirements
  • Proven experience in fire door supervision or a similar role
  • Strong site-based experience
  • SSSTS or SMSTS (essential)
  • Asbestos Awareness (desirable)
  • Ability to manage multiple sites effectively
  • Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail

Additional Information
  • Working hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
  • Overtime available
  • Immediate start available
  • Potential for permanent opportunities in the future
