About the Role: We’re seeking skilled and reliable Fire Door Carpenters to carry out fire door installation and remedial works on a range of sites, including schools and public buildings.
You’ll be working to high standards, ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations, and contributing to the delivery of professional, high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out fire door installs and remedial works
to current fire safety standards
- Inspect, adjust, and maintain fire doors and ironmongery
- Work efficiently and safely across various live sites
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members
- Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail
? Strong carpentry background
? Full UK driving licence, own car, and tools
? Good understanding of site health & safety
? Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Desirable (but not essential):
- IPAF
qualification
- NVQ Level 2
in Carpentry or Joinery
- Long-term, rolling 3-month contract
with consistent work
- Weekly pay every Friday
