We are currently recruiting an Estimator/ Senior Estimator in Greater Manchester on behalf of our client, an established regional contractor delivering large-scale new build and refurbishment projects across education, healthcare, and commercial sectors.

As an Estimator, you will play a key role in preparing competitive tender submissions and ensuring the delivery of accurate, high-quality bids. Your duties will include:
- Managing and preparing tenders (one/two-stage or negotiated contracts)
- Sending tender enquiries to the supply chain and analysing returned quotes
- Performing precise quantification checks
- Attending supply chain meetings to ensure accurate scopes of work and competitive pricing
- Site visits across the North West/ Midlands region.
- Staying up-to-date with modern build techniques and materials
- Main contractor background
- Experience with one and two-stage tenders
- Conquest experience is beneficial but not essential
- Strong work ethic with excellent organisational skills
- Attention to detail and able to manage multiple deadlines
