Electrician's Mate 
£40,000 per annum + paid travel + overtime opportunities

This is perfect for Electrical professional who would like to evolve their skillset further and build a career in a growing firm, having the opportunity to develop their skillset in fire alarm systems.

V7 Recruitment are currently working with an established client who are looking to add an experienced Electrical Engineer to their Small Works Department.
This is a great opportunity for an engineer with a strong electrical background who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their workmanship and is looking for a role offering variety, stability and plenty of earning potential.

The Role
The majority of your work will involve installing and replacing emergency lighting and fused spurs across a variety of commercial sites.
You’ll also have the opportunity to undertake a range of other small electrical works, so we’re looking for someone who is confident working independently, can use their initiative and consistently delivers a high standard of work.
There may also be opportunities to get involved with fire alarm systems, making this an ideal role for someone with existing knowledge or experience in this area who would like to develop their skills further.

About You

We’re looking for an experienced electrical engineer who can demonstrate:
  • A strong electrical background and relevant electrical qualifications
  • 18th Edition (BS 7671)
  • ECS Card would be ideal but not required to apply
  • A full UK driving licence
  • The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
  • A professional approach with a genuine focus on quality and workmanship
